An online support group for caregivers.
A space for caregivers to be able to discuss and relate to one another, to take a break and relax, and find support within one another.
Meetings are every Tuesday from 12:00pm - 12:45pm, online through video call meetings, for accessibility and ease.
There will be CRMHAA Staff on the call as support and mediation for the meeting.
