Capital Region Mental Health & Addictions Association
About
Our Mission:
Capital Region Mental Health and Addiction Association works with community members living with mental health barriers & their families.
We, at CRMHAA, take pride in providing a safe place for clients and community members to regain self-worth, purpose, and confidence no matter their gender identity, orientation, race, or religious beliefs.

Let's Work is a program that provides Transition to Employment services to adults whose mental health presents as a barrier in seeking employment. We use a client-centered approach to help individuals find and maintain employment through the development of an individualized employment action plan. Individuals who access Let’s Work services are considered "workforce ready", and receive job search and employment maintenance support from our Job Developers.

R.E.A.C.H. Is a Recreational and Pre-Employment Education center for Adults who have been diagnosed with a mental illness. The REACH center offers a variety of learning opportunities and recreational activities. A monthly calendar is published for clients with the activities members can choose to participate in. The activities are dependent on the member's interests and we do our best to work with the input we receive from clients.
